As testimony continues in the trial of Ingmar Guandique, the man accused of killing federal intern Chandra Levy, TBD tries our best to detail the scene for those who don't have a seat in the courtroom.
Jurors heard testimony Thursday from Armando Morales, the former cellmate of Levy defendant Ingmar Guandique. Morales, who is still incarcerated, said that after Guandique learned he had been assigned to a new prison facility, he confessed to killing Levy.
"He said 'Homeboy, I killed that bitch, but I didn't rape her," Morales said.
