A spokesman says one of the U.S. Marshals who was burned while serving a bench warrant earlier this week has been released from a Washington hospital.
Deputy Marshal Cole Barnhart on Wednesday said that the second marshal who was injured in Monday's incident remains at Washington Hospital Center.
The marshals were serving a bench warrant to a man at a row house on the 1200 block of N Street NW when he set himself on fire, authorities say. They were burned while trying to put out the blaze.
The condition of the suspect wasn't released.
Monday's ABC7 report on the burn incident is after the jump.
