Vincent Gray is going to jail.

HA! No, not that Vincent Gray, noted hand dancer and mayor of the District of Columbia. We're talking about Vincent Gray, the D.C. taxi cab driver who pleaded guilty in October to failing to file federal and D.C. tax returns.

Gray, 66, will spend 30 days in jail, according to a news release. He'll also have to pay $34,572 in restitution and spend five months on community confinement.

The other Vincent Gray, D.C.'s mayor, is 68. He has paid his taxes, a spokeswoman says.

"Everything is on the up and up," says Doxie McCoy. "We haven't been notified."

A lot of cab drivers won't be able to pay their taxes with only $1.50 per mile, the lowest in the entire nation.
