The man accused of stabbing Redskins punt returner Brandon Banks wants to change the address listed for his release program.
In a motion filed with D.C. Superior Court on Tuesday, 24-year-old Jason Shorter asked for the change in his supervision program because "security concerns have arisen" at his home address. He asked that the address be changed before his next scheduled hearing.
Authorities believe Shorter stabbed Banks and another man outside a D.C. nightclub early Saturday morning. Banks suffered a collapsed lung and remains hospitalized. Banks' friend, Christopher Nixon, was also injured.
