The man accused of stabbing Redskins punt returner Brandon Banks is getting an electronic monitoring device.
That's according to court documents that detail the terms of Jason Shorter's supervised release. Shorter, who was scheduled to appear for program orientation Tuesday, is accused of stabbing Banks and another man outside a Washington D.C. nightclub early Saturday morning.
