A water main break in Northwest is affecting approximately 300 homes Sunday afternoon.

DC Water reports repairs are being made to an 8" water main break in the 2400 blk of Ontario Road, NW. Estimated repair time of 6 to 8 hours.

Euclid Street and Kalorama Road, NW is closed to traffic in the southbound direction until repairs are complete. The street is closed, drivers may want to seek an alternate route.
