Thieves stole items from a woman’s car while she pumped gas at a Express station Wednesday morning, Takoma Park Police said.

The theft occurred at about 7:20 a.m. in the 6400 block of New Hampshire Avenue. Police say when the woman began pumping gas, the suspects pulled up next to her vehicle. One of the suspects got out of the back of their vehicle and entered the front door of the woman's car. The suspect unlocked the door and took her property. The suspects then sped off heading southbound on New Hampshire Avenue.

The suspects’ vehicle is described as possibly a black, 4-door Honda Accord with tinted windows and unknown temporary tags. There are no suspect descriptions.
