UPDATE 5 a.m.: Police say the victim was pronounced dead at United Medical Center, fomerly Greater Southeast Hospital.

UPDATE 4:50 a.m.: The man has died, police said.

A man was shot in the neck and leg in Suitland early Wednesday morning, Prince George’s police said.

Around 3 a.m., police say a man, believed to be in his 20’s, was found suffering from gunshot wounds in the 3500 block of Terrace Drive. He was transported to a local hospital as a priority 1.

No further details were immediately available.
