- Be careful at the intersection of Wisconsin and Montgomery avenues -- there's a swimming hole there. (Photo: TBD Staff)
A virtual river has formed at the intersection of Wisconsin and Montgomery avenues in Downtown Bethesda, thanks to this morning's rain.
It could make for an interesting evening commute if it doesn’t clear up later this afternoon. Also, pedestrians wanting to cross Montgomery Avenue will have to abandon any intentions of walking along that crosswalk, unless they happen to be wearing fly-fishing boots.
