Trick-or-treaters and their parents couldn't have asked for a better afternoon for Halloween at Lyon Park Community Center in Arlington yesterday. Tons of princesses, Harry Potters, pumpkins and others came out for the neighborhood's annual Halloween parade and party before hitting the streets for some candy-gathering.
