It's been a rough week for Pepco officials, but you've got to hand it to them, they sure are being responsive.

Pepco president Thomas Graham will be answering customers' questions on Thursday as he live-tweets from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. on the @PepcoConnect account.

Graham will probably have to type at a rapid pace as customers will surely have boatloads of questions about Pepco's reliability; a Washington Post report published Sunday found that Pepco customers on average experience 70 percent more outages that people living on other big cities nationwide.

Pepco spokesman Andre Francis says that if Graham can't answer a question within 140 characters, he'll answer via e-mail instead.

“This is the first time, and depending on how it goes, as long as people are engaged, I’m almost certain he’ll do it again," Francis says.
