The Frederick News-Post is reporting that the third victim in the horrific pedestrian crash in Emmitsburg, Md., last week has now died. Marian Derosa, 89, had been hospitalized since Aug. 8, when she and two other family members were hit by a driver who lost control of her Mercury Mountaineer while trying to parallel park on Seton Avenue.
Derosa's daughter, Patricia Mauro-Cillo, 64, and son-in-law, John Cillo, 53, died the day of the crash. So far the driver, Mary Camilleri, 63, of Fayetteville, Pa., has not been charged with anything, though a Frederick County sheriff's deputy met with the state attorney's office to discuss the case yesterday.
