The stretch of University Blvd. where Cubias-Rivera was struck and killed Sunday night.

His name was Jose Daniel Cubias-Rivera. He was 40 years old.

Police are describing the car that hit Cubias-Rivera on University Boulevard near 23rd Avenue in Adelphi (photo above) around 8:45 Sunday night as a dark-colored four-door sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry.

Prince George's police are offering an unspecified cash reward for any info that leads to an indictment.
