UPDATE, 10:10 a.m.: Metro spokesman Steven Taubenkibel clarifies for us that only the lost-and-found call center was affected by the flood -- not the lost-and-found items themselves. They're in another location.

ORIGINAL ITEM:

Metro is reporting that some of their leased office space has flooded, shutting down some of the agency's call centers. Until things are cleaned up, riders will be unable to get through on the general information phone line, the MetroAccess phone line, or the lost-and-found phone line. If you need any information from those offices in the meantime, it's best to go through the website, especially for MetroAccess reservations.

The Trip Planner and NextBus phone services are unaffected by the flood.
