#MetroFail: Commuter angst finds a home on Twitter

When mass transit failed in the past, commuters could only silently rage against the stressful experience. Today, Twitter offers a new outlet, and the hashtag #MetroFail has come to provide a daily taste of the D.C. Metro rider blues. Riders from as far as Sao Paulo, the United Kingdom, and Melbourne use the hashtag on Twitter to describe their struggles, but it's from America's capital city that people seem to tweet complaints the most.
