Yes, D.C. drivers are the worst—here's proof (video)

You've been cut off, you're waiting for hours in congestion, you're heard a driver honk and scream at you — it's just another day on the D.C. roads. The District has a way of making normally calm drivers lose their cool immediately, stressed and made restless by our legendary commutes. My family from the Midwest was in awe of my bravery in taking to the roads when they visited earlier this summer. Allstate ranked Washington, D.C. last among 193 cities in a list of good driving, as my colleague Jeremy Binckes noted earlier this morning. The data comes from the average driver's frequency of collisions, and it's not pretty. 

But we all know driving sucks in the capital. Want further proof? More than enough video evidence exists to confirm that the District's drivers have no idea what they're doing.
