Do's and Don'ts:

Don't bring them down by talking about death...life them up.

Say This:

Acting strange or sympathetic will probably make them feel worse...don't treat them any different than usual; you know, recall good times you've had together, joke with them...that may sound heartless to some people, but it'd be a lot better than saying "we're really going to miss you..."
