Say This:

I agree with Allegro. When my great-aunt was in her late 80s she was still driving even though she couldn't see past her nose. She just took a younger friend along, and she told my aunt when to stop, turn, accelerate, etc. Finally, my cousin pulled a plug in her car, and when she called him because her car wouldn't start, he just told her that it was beyond repair. That's when she finally stopped driving. My grandmother even learned a lesson with that one, and gave her license and car up on her own when she recognized driving wasn't easy anymore a few years later.
