Say This:

Good luck to you...my mother had a stroke but was able to regain some of what she lost through tough physical, speech, and occupational therapy. She was able to get her license again, and I bought her a new car as a reward for her hard work. She had another stroke several years later, and again wanted to drive agin..she was never a good driver to begin with, and the two strokes didn't make her any better. Her MD's and rehab hospital said she was fine to drive, despite my arguments.I finally had to call in a favor and call the MVD inspector who was giving the test and ask for a professional favor ( I was in LE). It was so frustrating, after all I was the one that would be driving her, and I knew her abilities better than anyone...
