Do not be preachy, but loving and caring in your approach.

Say This:

Because I love you and want all the time we have together to be quality time. This will not happen if you get injured in an accident, or God forbid, someone else is injured.

The world moves at a very fast pace today, with too many distractions, and I am afraid that the other driver is as much a danger to you as you might be to him and I know you are trying very hard.

We will find a way together to get the things you need or to the places you need to go.
