CHECKING IN FOR THE DAY

Hey dotcom doing good here its cold and sleeting,I'm ready for summer

We actually it 70 today--it felt SOOOOO good! I'm not trying to rub it in to those of you who are still dealing with cold--just sharing a preview of what is to come!

My friend that I was supposed to take to the dentist yesterday ended up spending Thursday night at the hospital with her mother who had a heart attack. Yesterday I spent the day helping take care of her father who suffers from dementia and her 48 year old brother who has down's syndrome. Her mother had planned a birthday party for this evening for her husband and son. I went to take pictures so that she doesn't miss the party entirely. She is the sweetest woman--so kind hearted and devoted to her family.

booboopuppy--that granddaughter in the picture is a little doll! However did we live our lives before the grandchildren started coming--they are so much fun!

well, I had better get on to the next project. My son and his wife went to Utah to visit the grandparents and I got roped into teaching their 4 year old primary class at church--there are 10 of the little darlings in the class so I am sure it will be an exercise in patience and persistence.
