Taught two hours of Zumba today. THis morning was so much fun, I was a sub for another type of dance class and got to introduce the ladies to my shakin' it world of dance. Lots of giggles but they had their hips moving. I taught again tonight and realized..I am tired. I used to do running races and the feeling I have right now is ..I just ran a 12k at my best personal record and I am pooped.
Anyway, hope you all had a good day with your fitness. I'm feeling GOOD but tired.
My dentist has seen my Zumba classes and asked me to do a fun party class for his retreat with staff. I am thinking this could be quite fun. He said "now I'm not going to Zumba"...but I think he needs to do one of my bellydance numbers.
