Let's see. What did I do for Earth Day? I temporarily stopped clubbing baby seals. I slowed my Hummer down to barely 100 mph. I saved an acre of the rain forest by only clear-cutting 99 acres instead of 100. I shot Bambi to save the willful destruction of the grasslands (OK, my back yard, but there's grass there).

Seriously, I didn't do anything extra for Earth Day because I try, in some small way, to do my part every day. I drive a very fuel efficient car. I walk or use public transportation whenever I can. I use compact fluorescent light bulbs. I heat my house to 68°F in the winter and cool it to 78°F in the summer. I recycle just about everything except my wife. Just small things, I know, but if we all did this...

for earth day I thought I would be nice and invite some of it inside my house, well it came in on my shoes, but I didn't ask it to leave. 3 days later and it's still here.
