This is going to drive me up a wall, but DH and I do this, and I can't think of any of the phrases we used of the top of my head to describe something other. If something comes to me that we gave new meaning to I will post.

O.K. in attempting to break through to DH on some real manly-man habits he has, I offer, I don't like my coffee today.

Let me explain. I rarely come down with anything, but when I do it is a cold (I take precautions and it is mild and quickly dispensed) but it comes from his being with people each day that are ill. He often coughs and sprays without covering his mouth, and sneezes disgusting, dripping drool from his nostrils which shoots to the floor. He leaves tissues laying on the floor or coffee table, if he is fortunate enough to catch his emissions. And oh yeah, he does the farmer's version of blowing his nose, thankfully outdoors, howbeit.

So to attempt to remind him how unsanitary his habits are to me personally, I am trying to teach him I don't like my coffee today because I have been coughed on (or worse). I think after 101 lessons it might catch on with him.
