The Seaport Street Terminal is in Garrison Seaport Center, adjacent to the Florida Aquarium, about 15 miles from Tampa International Airport.there are no rental cars immediaely on site/ We recommend Dollar Rental Car for the best rates. Upon making reservation state your pickup time and ship arriving on they shuttle you to their facility you can return car to airport later in day. Have you considered one of the shore excursions that tours Tampa area and then drops at airport?

Yes we did want to do an excursion thats why our flight is later in the day. Unfortunately according to Carnival they have no excursions for that day. Hertz says they have a counter in the terminal.
