I do not understand why you reply that. Maybe if I knew what it meant then I would be embarrased to ask???? Again, what do you meanp (in a nice way?) ? I guess it is a colloquial use of English that I dont know?

I am just trying to chart my office with those categories but I still have people that have not been categorized.

Enjoying my work and working hard did make me a target for workplace bullying. It has gone on for too long. Today I have...

I agree and have found those that work do not get the credit and are often the recipients of the bullies. Ignoring and just making sure you work and get things done right never seems to work. Are we not all adults here? Why must work turn into junior high?

I think a hint to me is your "being a woman in a corporate" comment. I have been in the workforce since 1975. I rarely ever gone to a company function, go golfing, etc. I have been well rewarded because I am self-motivated and I look for ways to do more for the company. I make sure I never participate in badmouthing another person and it causes people to trust me. As they should! I believe if I help those who are my managers, and those who have worked for me, we all rise the tide of success. I also appreciate customers and clients because without them I would be jobless. And finally while I like my job I love people and try to be kind in all situations. I believe there is more in our control than we know. Once we stop expecting others to provide for our success, happiness, etc. and focus on what we can do for others success and happiness will show up. I rambled but thought I'd type what I was thinking... :-)
