Well, it took us 2 weeks, but we finally ate all the bread pudding. My wife loves the stuff, I can take it or leave it. And after helping eat that much, I'll leave it for now, thanks. Erph.

Just a follow up on the onion soup recipe from my DD. This is the added items to the Applebee recipe to turn it into the better Grain House recipe. She finally nailed it.
The soup was EXCELLENT... Way, way better then the first try. I added 6 TBS of worshershire sauce, added 1/2 cup of white cooking wine, and 1 tsp of paprika. I also used french bread (broken apart) as the bread crumbs.
