Hi Milton, I'm not sure what this comment has to do with traveling and sex, but the fire is an eloquent analogy for love.
I don't really agree with the warm coals being the point of true love and that the passion has to be burned through in the years of infatuation. My parents are in their 70s and they still find magic and pleasure in their physical relationship. The flames are fanned regularly. There is a spark between them, infatuation...passion, whatever you want to call it, they've got it.
I don't believe there is a point where we have to settle for less and look at it as a necessary part of the cycle. I won't settle for less. And that is true at home, on the road, and pretty much anywhere else.
