Did you leave out the years "82,83, 85, 86, that were unfavorable to your opinion on purpose. Check elsewhere to fill them in and you will find your whole premise is wrong. I have seen this before and when I have time I will find the complete statistics. You might also find that yours figures during the Clinton year are all military deaths including sickness and accidents whereas the Bush years only include combat deaths.

I guess this also means that the "great" Republican Presidnt Abraham Lincoln was by far the worst President ever because 650,000 died under his watch.
