HELP!!! After all the studies came out a few years ago linking hormone replacement therapy with higher risk of strokes,...
I forgot to say that what she meant by tailor made hormones is that you can just take the hormone(s) you need in whatever doseage you need. Hormones should not be a "one size fits all" type of thing.

I'm also on bio-identicals and wouldn't give them up for anything! I sometimes get scared when I hear the warnings about HRT but I have to trust the way that I feel now that I'm taking my bio-identicals.
