It sounds like a simple request but I am so picky. My Mom made each Friday evening Cole slaw to accompany our fish fry dinner. All I can remember is that she used milk and sugar. I have no idea what else might have been used. I have only found one restaurant in my life that served a comparable slaw dressing. Being a small diner they do not sell it by the bottle so I can't lift the ingredients, and they passed on sharing the recipe. I really love Cole slaw except when it has vinegar in it. Will you post your favorite creamy style dressings? I would appreciate it.
