I love graphic design and painting....my fear is writing, even just one sentence is frightening to me. Well I believe we all have our gifts and writing is not one of mine.

What you wrote here seems just fine!! (Is there a reason you fear writing, that you would like to share? It might be liberating.)
I'd love to see some of your graphic work. What are you working on right now?

That is a beautiful quilt, Nancy. I'm new to TBD and also new to quilting. So far I've only done small projects. I think my add gets in the way. Do you spend a lot of time planning and finding cloth? Right now, I'm working on 2 jackets and a computer travel bag. Lydia

My hubby & I get out alot on the weekends, so I get to frequent fabric & quilt shops. I actually buy alot of fat quarters, so I can get more variety in my quilts. When I find a design, or idea, I want to try, I just go through my stash & see what I can come up with. Then, I often build it a block at a time on my design wall, before sewing anything, & see how I like it, then go from there. Next, I want to work on a few summer garments, just some simple loose, elastic waist type pants & maybe some camp shirt type tops. Been buying some batiks & busy prints, so this should be fun, lol! Try to think outside of the box with your quilting, it may help you look at it in a whole different way, & have more fun with it!
Hugs!

Thanks for your suggestions. I think I'm trying too hard to make it perfect. And life is far from perfect! LOL
