Hi Belle... I joined a Burn 40 class at a Pilates gym and really like it so far. I found that by joining the class with the personal trainer I am learning how to do the exercises correctly and then when the three month membership is up I will know all I need to know for doing them on my own!

The gyms in our area have all disappeared, and I don't want to drive to the next town.

I've been watching Pilate tapes. But I do understand what you are telling me. Do it right.

Thank you for the facts on Fosamax! My mom is finally off of it! I hope they do the investigation BEFORE they give her another bone density medication! Thanks a bunch for the write up!

She must also be aware of something called osteoradionecrosis. This is where the bone dies for some unknown reason. It happens most frequently in the jaw bone If she is planning on having any dental surgery she should let her dental professional know. This side effect can happen with all bisphosphonates.
