Plastic Shoes $295 - Fashion and Style

Remember jellies? Those plastic shoes from the 80s? Jellies are getting a makeover this year and some designers (Marni, Marc Jacobs, Givenchy, Fendi, Ferragamo, Chanel) are charging $150-$295 for the plastic shoes.

Chic? Hate them? Adorable? Not again?

I had a pair a long time ago and did not think they were very comfy. They were hot & they made my feet sweat & my feet never sweat. They are cute and come it some really cool colors, but I don't think I will be trying them anytime soon. It's insane to charge that kind of money for plastic shoes. I'll take leather shoes any day!

Hated them then and hate them now no way would I pay that much for a plastic shoe now if ai didnt pay the low price for them back in the day. Some things need not be resurrected.

Yep, every trend seems to come around again eventually. This is one that shoudn't have, those things are awful. They make your feet sweat, give you blisters and just look stupid.
