I'm very annoyed ! Getting a little tired of doing 99% of the giving , without receiving. If things don't balance out soon, something WILL ' give' !!

Or, someone could give. Meaning you could give to yourself. Lately, because my swubby is so busy and the kids are preoccupied with summer, I've been the one to give me treats. And, you know, it works. Flowers are wonderful no matter how you get 'em.

I feel the same way too. I even do not have time for myself. My work time is the only "me time". I hope I can find some friends to share my feelings on this site.

I am a giver. But in a relationship it HAS to go both ways or resentment will build up.

I love to give, I give compliments, flowers, cards, special meals, favorite wines etc. It shows my love which sometimes I find it difficult to put it in words.

I am a giver and a receiver. I love to give and I love it when she reciprocates. Wait, are we talking about getting ice cream. :)

Is better to give because you will receive more so you can give more. But there is more joy in giving.
