Well, I have a heart dilemma these past few weeks. I told my boss that I was in love with him; he had been gently prodding for information about why I wanted to take a position at another agency and wanted to give notice. I pointed out to him that it was my issue to solve, and that I looked at love as an opportunity to help a person achieve what he/she wants for him/herself. I told him I wasn't expecting a response of any sort from him. I fell in love with him at first sight 3 years ago and have been managing the emotions successfully until now. Any thoughts on how to continue to manage the emotional content and still work with him? Right now it's in the hands of HR who will talk to upper management to potentially transfer me to a different supervisor. I didn't tell HR the whole story in order to shield him from any gossip, etc. The biggest issue is that I'm so clear about the love and yet it isn't a relationship. Any similar experiences, anyone?
