To all, if a member is posting and does not ask for feedback on their work, please do not provide a detailed analysis of it. If you feel you have something constructive to offer, PM the person who posted the discussion and find out if they would be willing to receive same via PM.
I once again urge all new members, recent members and old hats to familiarize themselves with the TBD guidelines. Please stay away from personal responses in this forum. Stick to the work at hand, keep criticisms constructive. And those responding to constructive criticism, likewise.
