Hey all,
I went and did a 90 minute Kettlebell (also known as kettleball) work out on Monday night. Felt okay yesterday, but today I can barely move.
It is unbelievable. Anyone else done it? What was your experience or advice?
My friend who went with me, called in sick to work today.....it is that bad.
WOW, what a work out.
