Hi, There are a couple of us on TBD. Glad to have you here and to have a group. I've been teaching ME Dance to college students, but am happy to hear that we don't have to give up dancing as we get older. Is that you in the discussion topic question?

I'm taking classes again after a +/- 3 year break. Love the costumes, the music and the workout is great (sore arms and thighs). Wish I would have tried bellydancing a long time ago. When I see the professionals dance I am amazed!

Personally, I'm not ready for the "recital" though....my classmates will not be happy if I don't get out there too.

I took a belly dancing class a couple years ago and enjoyed it very much! Unfortunately, the prices went skyrocketing and I could not afford to continue. I would like to find some things online, or if a good training CD/DVD could be recommended, that would be great! SHAKE IT UP, LADIES!
