My husband (who's from NYC) says that trees attract psychos. He insists that is what makes places like Oregon and Washington so unsafe.

Looks like New Jersey may be the dangerous place.
The state is 4,748,000 acres. Over 1/3 of those acres are classified as timberland, 1,864,300 of them to be exact.
