I have Hens & Chicks and I love them! I just leave them alone and let them do their thing. I did have a strawberry pot with them over loaded, but they didn't do well in that pot..so now I have some on a rock. Succulents are very rewarding to grow around your home, very low upkeep with lots of interesting color.

I don't know the name of the plant you pictured, but I have one also. Sunlight exposure seems to be key in limiting its height. Mine sits on a hot western exposure with sun at least 75% of the day.

Hope this helps, don't water it too much. Succulents can rot with too much water.

If you live in California.....LoraMa....They'll grow anywhere..They are a nice plant.

Lorama, I don't really know to much about succulents but one of the things I like about them is they don't take alot of water. I have a couple of Jade plants in my garden. Mark

I have my hens and chicks outside in full sun, and they are growing upward, so I'm not sure what to tell you to do. If you find a solution somewhere, I'd love to know myself. It looks very strange.
