He looks like a sweetie. I love dogs but don't have one right now as I lost my baby earlier this year that I had for 13 years.
And yes I want to hug the coffee inventor too!

Hummm, you are not too far away from Austin, say maybe 45min.? Smokehouse sounds good! I love farm fresh scrambled eggs, English toasted muffin with melted butter-strawberry jam, and bacon. Oh, and let's not forget coffee. Then a nice walk around Town Lake with my dog Cappuccino!
Thanks 4 sharing!

Ohhh, I thought of another good spot for breakfast here in New Braunfels -- there's a great place in the Marketplace called Fork & Spoon. It's actually fabulous for any meal - my favorite lunch is their grilled cheese: gruyere with bacon and a slice of granny smith apple. Mmmm. And delish broccoli slaw. Dinner is great, too! Exit 186 (I think) off I-35!

I don't understand why a town or township or whatever can't be happy with the way things are. Why does everything have to "grow?" I'd just like to find a small town somewhere. Like, in the middle of nowhere, and live there.

Me, too! We moved to New Braunfels ten years ago, and since then the population has exploded! I just hope it keeps its small-town feel!

Yeah, I'm close enough that if I lay down in the right direction I'm in Austin. But I also work in Austin. I reckon some day Pflugerville will be a part of Austin, anyway.

We need to start our own town. Then we'll probably figure out why a small town needs to have explosive growth :)
If only I had enough money to buy that town that was on eBay a while back...

Hi everyone. I live in a small town in Hall, Montana. We have a little cafe here where you can get 2 eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and toast for $4.95! Unheard of huh? The food is good too.
