I live in NJ close to Atlantic City, that is close enough.

Keep the heat and rattlesnakes out west.

I can handle temps in the 100 range if it's dry. I grew up in eastern WA which gets quite warm in the summer, has sagebrush and rattlesnakes.

It was only in the 80's this past week in DC, but with the humidity, it was very uncomfortable for me.

Here we don't have the extended heat and humidity, so on the rare occasions when it does get up to the 90's, it's not too bad. Most people don't have air conditioning in their homes.

I have once and stayed at Luxor. We had fun but I would not recommend for more than three days. So Tacky. Once in a lifetime is enough.

Both the Monte Carlo and Bally's are great! Both have awesome pools and decent rooms for like $100/nite.
