My opinion is that you are mis- interpreting the spirit of this site.
It not a 'chat room'. If you have a story, a poem, or some other literary form that you would like to offer to the group for critique (or not), than I would urge you to do so.
And the way to do this, is to create your own discussion.
Right now you are posting in a way that is not considered appropriate per the manifesto.
The spirit of the manifesto is such that that the title or subject of a discussion should be adhered to by all - that any comments should be in response to that subject.
Please, follow the lead.
And those who may have something to offer in response to your discussion will do so.
Right now, everyone else is commenting on the manifesto - asking questions, offering solutions, all directed at the subject.
You have been advised twice, by the administrator of this group, gently and professionally, that your post was inappropriate for this site.
And yet you continue to ignore this and are trying, it appears, to make this into a self-serving, narcissist, escapade for your own entertainment.
As a member of TeeBeeDee, and both versions of TWG, and one who truly holds all of it in great regard - I am appalled at your behavior.
You are holding all of us hostage, and soiling the debut of a very new, special, and exciting site as you attempt to garner support for some, personal, undefined, issue, based on either your refusal, or inability to participate in good faith.
This site is about the love and spirit of writing - created for writers and those of a similar mindset.
It is is not about controversy or conflict. There are several other groups in TeeBeeDee where this type of behavior is more acceptable - not here.
Perhaps you would be happier in one of those other sites.

Kat, thank you for this group and your efforts in administering it.
A wish for you: In whatever next software revision TBD undergoes, allowing the group admin to control who joins as a member would be a Good Thing. (Keep out the riff-raff. I post here for the eyes of my colleagues, not for TravelGuy or MLMBastard.)
MiltT raised a good point: Some writers cannot handle criticisms of their work. Anyone who posts here needs to know their work will be judged and perhaps found wanting.
When I review, I point out both what I see as poor writing and good writing. I'm not Mark Twain but I'll do the best I can by you whose work I evaluate.

Leona, yes, of course. I think this notice is a reminder, which resurfaces often, for people to make their wishes clear, and for reviewers to be respectful and supportive.
