Well, if it is a 'con', it sure has duped a lot of people, including the Pope:

Also, both Obama and McCain are dupes then. So is Bush who, recently, has acknowledged mankind's role and the need for action, but is still proposing only very timid measures and pointing fingers at developing nations.
