Just something unusual. A well-written phrase, a little creativity here and there, perhaps a comment with a little irony in it. Every time I read about someone who is looking for a person with a good sense of humor, communicates well, is caring, I think to myself, "Gee, who thinks of themselves as without a sense of humor, communicates poorly, and is uncaring?"
Getting down to the superficial, a cute mug shot is a turn on for me and bad grammar/poor spelling is probably a dealbreaker.

You haven't read all that many of the comments, have you? Some folks think that Spell Check is an Eastern European detective.
