Yes! We've used it several times, and we are simpletons, so it must be pretty easy, and it is. Done it in North Carolina and Northern California. We'll do it again!

The places we chose were for low price, not fancy digs, but we were there for the local scenery. I'd like to rent one for our greater family one of these times, with lots of rooms.

I was a little scared the first time....sending money to a private owner....and a check no less...what if they stold my bank account numbers or something. But, I went ahead and called and at least talked to the person at the other end. Both cases turned out to be great.

I've used VRBO and CyberRentals.com and had good luck with both of them.

Thanks. I appreciate the responses. I just wondered if there was a better spot for vacation rentals in Europe, Asia, etc. I didn't know of any specific to those regions.
