Pre-breakfast: 3 cups of hot water
Breakfast: turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat toast, with butter, avocado, jalapeno mustard, spinach, black pepper
cup of black coffee
Lunch: half a peanut butter and raisin sandwich on whole wheat bread
cup of black coffee
about 30 baby carrots
banana
Snack: about 30 red seedless grapes
Snack: small pear
Snack: cup of popcorn
Dinner: about 4 oz. chicken breast with mushrooms in marsala sauce
half a cup of steamed green beans
Cup of hot water
Movement: In addition to my two walks, I had to run an errand which involved walking 3 blocks each way, going up two flights of stairs, and going down 14 flights.
