I'm deliriously tired today. So I made sure I took some vtamin B12. I also take many other vitamins and herbs for my ms. here are a few. VitaminD, B12, omega 3, cranberry, common evening primrose oil. Oh, and for those of us with constipation, I drink a tea called Smooth Move by Traditional Medicinals. Yes that's really the name.lol I also use an herb called valerian that helps me sleep and also helps with muscle spasticity. What vitamins, herbs or food do you take to help you with your symptoms?
