I'm embarrassed to admit that I take a combo of Estroven, Esther-C, One-A-Day for Women, zinc and melatonin daily. I do 50 minutes of cardio workout 3xs a week and still have a recurrent lower back pain. Only goes away with regular massage. Btw, I have a nightly glass of wine and all that seems to do is add calories. Stretching exercises help but I've basically learned to live with it.

Hi Spunky as I forestated try the cosaminDS for joint pain. I'm not having any muscle aches but I think it'll help I feel a big difference since I've been takingthem. I have better joint movement less pain.
Zumbadeb, I think you made it through the night ok, but I wouldn't recommend you do that on a regular basis lol. I also heard that Aleve is good too.

Honey..made it, slept well. The instructor I'm learning from had emailed me...see you in class! I had to explain that if I went, I'd fall asleep during a merengue. Tonight I'm ready to teach, except for my husband woke up with some kind of stomach bug that I hope I avoid.

I got that stomach bug and so did my buddy. It was nasty, but it only lasted less than 24 hours. Nothin' like pukin' alone in a hotel room on a business trip. That was not fun. I hope he feels better and you avoid it completely!

That Dr. Miller, what kind of dr. is he? Does he have any books out? I, too have constant aches and pains, but do have osteoarthritis (degenerative disc disease) and seem to have it more now (I'm 63) than I ever did during menopause which I'm now done with (I think) - The Emergen-C with joint health sounds good - might try that - also I take Aleve during the day, sometimes Motrin; As for the Excedrin PM - use if ok; I use Tylenol PM for sleep and pain. As for the wine bf bed, I'd ask dr. as you're taking meds with it - I would, but it sometimes makes my heart pound more than usual. Thanks for the tips - good luck!!
